A 41 year old man is referred for consideration of surgery with two recent pneumothoraces a month apart. The most recent pneumothorax resolved after an ICC was placed. A CT scan was performed whilst the drain was in place. The drain is now out and the lung remains inflated on CXR.

He is a former smoker of both cigarettes and marijuana, who has now been abstinent for a month.
