As Covid-19 related travel restrictions continue. and with the ANZSCTS ASM cancelled, the teaching usually provided at the ANZSCTS ASM Trainees Wetlab is instead provided as a virtual course. Continuing the deep dive approach to the curriculum in order to encourage integrated thinking, the structure of the program aims to cover basic, advanced and technical subjects related to one section of the curriculum: Lung Cancer. This approach means that trainees of all levels will benefit from an integrated context for their learning related to this section of the curriculum. Once again outside experts have been asked to provide teaching to ensure a high quality of instruction.

There is no dedicated technical task for this meeting.

Those preparing for the fellowship exam in the next year will have an opportunity for a focused operative viva.

In lieu of an inperson trainees dinner, a Virtual Dinner using Uber Eats will be run on Friday night for current SET trainees.
