Trial Written Exam August 2020

Section 1: 5 Questions. 50 minutes

A 47-year old man presents to ED after a significant coughing event whilst eating dinner at home during which he reports aspirating.

He is haemodynamically stable with saturations of 97% on 4L oxygen via nasal prongs.

No other past medical history.

Examination findings:

Chest examination reveals poor air entry and coarse crepitations in the right mid and basal zones.

Ptosis bilaterally.
