A 38 year old woman has been referred to you with increasing dyspnoea over the past 12 months.
During this period she was diagnosed with COVID19 and has since cleared the infection.
Her past medical history includes a stroke 3 years ago, and a pulmonary embolism 1 year ago which has now resolved.
The woman is currently working as an engineer but is limited by her dyspnoea.
She was initially investigated with an echocardiogram which demonstrated a sinus venosus atrial septal defect, then went on to have the following CT scan.
